The Walking Dead comics by writer Robert Kirkman are amazing. I don't normally buy comics. But this series was tempting me and the reviews were great, so I bit. Why can't more movies do what these books do? The story is amazing and never slows down. The characters are so human and real. It's no wonder this book is so damn popular.I do have one minor critique. The opening scene is reminiscent of 28 Days Later. But it quickly moves past and goes off in a great direction.
